- Custom Tile Design Ordering StepsStep 1. You select your products and submit your order.The product(s) total and sales tax total are calculated. Art Setup Fee: A one time $3.00 art setup fee is added for each image used in an order. If one image is used on multiple products, only one setup fee is charged. Note that an Art Setup Fee is initially included with each product ordered. The total setup fee is adjusted when the final product quantities and selections are known. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated later when the final product sizes and weights are known. Step 2. We review your order and contact you via email if there are any questions, or if more information is needed.Step 3. We email a proof copy of the image to you for your approval.Step 4. When we receive your proof approval, we create your custom design.Step 5. We calculate the art setup fees and shipping charges based on the final product selections, sizes and weights, and then send you the invoice.Step 6. You send in your payment.Step 7.
