- How To Submit your Digital Photo

Digital images can be sent in almost any format, such as JPG, TIF, or GIF.

JPG and other compressed images must be in either uncompressed or minimum compression, or highest quality format. The minimum resolution must be 800 x 600.

You can send your custom image several ways:

- On the product page, look for "Upload My Custom Image File". Just click on the "Browse" button to select and then send your image file.

- To email an image, send it to info@customtiledesign.net
Please include your customer and order information in the email.

- If your original photograph must be mailed through the US Postal Service, please contact us via email at info@customtiledesign.net.
YOUR ORIGINAL PHOTO WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU!!

We will fix minor imperfections in your photos, and will adjust color, etc. when warranted. A proof of your tile will be sent to you via email. Once your approval is received, we begin your custom tile project.

We want our customers to be as thrilled with their tiles as we are in creating them.
